Fees, cancellations and refunds
All fees are set out in a written quote before work begins, with General Consumption Tax shown separately. There are no hidden charges. You may cancel a service in writing at any time. Work already completed up to the date of cancellation is charged; any amount paid in advance for work not yet started is refunded in full within 30 days. Academy course fees, cancellation and refund terms will be stated clearly before enrolment.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GHS is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction.
